Our initial cleaning rate is $100 per hour. The first visit(s) is considered a deep clean, as it takes extra time and detail to bring the home to our standard. This allows us to thoroughly clean areas that may not be addressed during regular upkeep and ensures everything is where we want it before transitioning into maintenance cleanings. Once the home is fully reset, ongoing cleaning can be completed more efficiently at our maintenance rate. 

Maintenance Cleaning rate $75 per hour.

  • Dust highs and lows (light fixtures and ceiling fans within reach, window blinds, door/window frames, cobwebs, surface items)
  • Sweep and Mop Floors
  • Vacuum carpet and rugs 
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces 
  • Wipe down the exterior of appliances 
  • Wipe down objects 
  • Clean and disinfect the table and chairs 
  • Clean and disinfect the sink
  • Clean and disinfect knobs and switch plates 
  • Empty Trash 
• Living Room/Dining Room 
  • Clean Windows

  • Make beds upon request - beds must be stripped and clean linens provided

Deep Cleaning

In addition to Maintenance Cleaning services, you can choose additional deep cleaning services below to be completed during the service. Once you become a recurring client, we can always add in bits of a deep clean into your future cleaning services. 

• Baseboards & Walls & Doors 
• Wipe down windowsills and blinds 
• Wipe Down Exterior of Cupboards and Cabinets 
• Wipe Down Interior of Kitchen Appliances (Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator)
• Vacuum the interior of Furniture (Recliners, couches, etc.)
• Hand Wipe Exterior of Furniture (dressers, TV stands, nightstands, etc.)
