Cancelations made more than 48 hours before cleaning: no fee

Cancelations 24-48 hours before cleaning: 25% of the scheduled total will be charged

Cancelations less than 24 hours before: 50% of the scheduled total will be charged 

Same-day cancelations after arrival: Full payment required
